Villa Roof Tile Rectification & Waterproofing

This project involved specialized rectification and comprehensive waterproofing services for the clay roof tiles of a luxurious G+1 villa, located on Frond D, Villa 114, within the iconic Palm Jumeirah development in Dubai, UAE.

BCI Fitout Contracting LLC was appointed as the contractor responsible for the meticulous execution of this roofing restoration initiative. The core scope of work focused on two vital aspects: first, the thorough rectification of existing clay roof tiles. This included identifying and addressing any damaged, loose, or misaligned tiles to ensure the roof’s structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Second, and equally crucial, was the implementation of a robust roof waterproofing system. This involved the application of high-performance waterproofing membranes and techniques to create an impenetrable barrier against water ingress, protecting the villa’s interior from moisture damage and enhancing its long-term durability.
