GRC Corniche & WPC Cladding Dubai

This project involved the specialized supply and installation of GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) corniche elements and WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) cladding for a luxurious G+1 villa, located on Frond D, Villa 101, within the iconic Palm Jumeirah development in Dubai, UAE.

BCI Fitout Contracting LLC was appointed as the contractor responsible for the meticulous execution of this project. The core scope of work encompassed two key aesthetic and functional upgrades:

Supply and Installation of GRC Corniche: This involved sourcing and expertly installing pre-fabricated GRC cornices. These architectural decorative elements significantly enhance the villa’s exterior facade, providing intricate detailing and a classic finish while being durable and weather-resistant. WPC Cladding Installation: The project also included the supply and installation of Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) cladding. WPC cladding offers a contemporary and low-maintenance alternative to traditional wood, providing excellent thermal insulation, weather resistance, and a visually appealing natural wood look without the associated upkeep.

The successful completion of this project significantly enhanced the villa’s exterior aesthetics and durability, contributing to its luxurious appeal and long-term value within the Palm Jumeirah community.
