Luxury Villa Clay Roof Tile Installation

This project involved the comprehensive installation of clay roof tiles, supported by a robust steel structure, for a private villa (Ground + 1 floor) and an accompanying garage. Situated in the Nadd Hessa area of Dubai, UAE, the project demanded a high level of precision and adherence to quality standards characteristic of luxury residential developments.

VAH Contracting Co. L.L.C served as the primary contractor, overseeing the execution of the roofing work. The structural and technical aspects were guided by Al Farren & Partners, who acted as the project consultants. The client for this prestigious project was Abdulla Alsayed Sharafuddin S M H Sharaf.

The core scope of work focused on ensuring a durable, aesthetically pleasing, and weather-resistant roofing solution. This included the detailed design and fabrication of the supporting steel framework to meet engineering specifications, followed by the meticulous placement and securing of the clay roof tiles.
